Hey guys, sorry for not updating my blog for so many days. Really no extra time to blog over the past few days due to assignment, research project and presentation being frighten us together in the same time and the time given is just scanty of hours. Not even that, by next week there is 1 research project coming up for economics and 1 assignment for Accounting. Guess what? The time to finish the assignment for Accounting is only ONE hour and must pass up on time. What a rush! Moreover, there is a test for economics based on the research project on the following week.
Next Monday I will have a presentation for ESL on my research and my group is the first group to present it. Everyone will be dressing up like a future entrepreneur, accountant or economist for two days as this is part of requirements for presentation. We are only given a week plus to prepare the presentation and other groups have a little more time than our group as they are not the first group. It’s quite good of being the first group to present it as there are lots of assignments and exam coming up.
I have been very busy since last Saturday to prepare the presentation slides. I searched some elegant pictures to put in the slides to make it more effectively presented. As my topic is football so it’s quite easy for me to find all relevant pictures because now is World Cup season and there are billions of pictures and I chose those interesting one. According to the pictures above, every fans show their sincerity to the country by wearing team’s jersey, make a tattoo of the flag on their face and so on. Although now is World Cup season but we seldom discuss about football in the class and surprisingly our beloved ‘ss’ teacher surely will say something about football everyday before he starts the lesson although only few people listen to him. “I know all the great players in the world such as Sir Bobby Charlton, Pele and bla bla bla. I have been watching World Cup since I was young, I know all the winners of World Cup. 1938 Uruguay…..1966 England…1990 Germany. Football is great as a ball 22 people kicking and the whole world is watching.” Said ‘ss’ teacher. He’s repeating the same thing every time to show how much he knows about footall. Anyway, this teacher is funny man.
Today I found out something that’s gave me a stunned. Guess what’s that? My accounts teacher likes football also! She’s reading the score board of World Cup after finished the lesson and I asked her Me: ‘teacher, you watch football one ah?’ She: ‘yes, what is your favorite team?’ Me: ‘Brazil’ She: ‘oh same, Brazil played very good yesterday 4-1 against Japan’ Me: ‘really?’ She: ‘ya, they played their own style and Ronaldo is back by scoring two goals’ Me: ‘that’s great’
Really can’t believe that a female teacher also so crazy about football.
